July 7, 2026 – Omnidocs has acquired Xink, a Danish software company specialising in centralized email signature management. It is our sixth acquisition in two and a half years, and it takes us past €30 million in annual revenue.
Omnidocs exists to help organisations take control of how they communicate. Documents, presentations, templates, email signatures, the business-critical content that goes out every day, across thousands of stakeholders.
Today we serve more than 6,000 customers and 4 million users across the Nordics, Europe, and the US, backed by Main Capital Partners. Xink deepens our position in email signature management and brings their customers and team into a group that already works across the full breadth of business communication. The market is large and we are building accordingly.
“Xink brings strong expertise and a customer base that aligns well with where we are going. The volume of documents and content employees produce is growing fast, and AI is only accelerating that. Governing it is becoming more critical. That’s the problem we’re built to solve, and Xink makes us stronger at it.”
Jeppe Schytte-Hansen, Co-founder & CEO, Omnidocs
Regardless of industry or size, all companies rely on documents, presentations, templates, and other forms of business-critical communication. Omnidocs already has a strong presence across large parts of the Nordic and European markets, and within the next few years, our ambition is to set the global standard for how companies manage and deliver their content.
