Omnidocs is a consulting and software company based in Copenhagen – but more than anything we are a document company. We are now looking for a self-driven Technical Implementation Consultant to make a difference for companies such as Novo Nordisk, Maersk, Accenture, Vestas, and Nestlé. Maybe you are the one to make that difference? You will work in a global context implementing solutions and services which are truly empowering people in their everyday work lives.
What’s the job about?
You are our next heavyweight in technical problem-solving. You will communicate a lot, both over the phone but also via email, chat, and in meetings (online as well as in real life). Your tasks will range widely, but will primarily include:
- Support for clients with technical issues
- Support for clients in connection with the rollout of our software
- Configuration and support of our software
- Troubleshooting, validation, testing, and reporting of errors
- Building and maintaining technical documentation on our support site
- Communication with the development team in terms of fixing bugs
In the long run, your work will depend on your competencies and personal ambitions since we are a company that supports employees in their individual development. You will be the seventh member of our Support and Technology Operations team, but you will work closely with both our development and delivery teams.
The company Templafy plays a big role in how we work as we are an important reseller of their solution and their primary implementation partner; Templafy develops the world’s leading Template Management solution and in addition to sharing offices with their 350 skilled employees, we are carrying out Templafy implementation projects all over the World.
Who are you?
You must be nice – and helpfulness is part of your DNA. You are both meticulous and have a good technical understanding of software. You have a natural interest in new technologies, and you are good at documenting your work. Also,
- You are a Windows superuser
- You have a solid knowledge of hardware and its interaction with software
- You speak and write fluent English
- If you are familiar with Zendesk, Office Online / SharePoint, Slack, Azure, Git it might be an advantage
Your educational background is not super important, and we are happy to receive applications from recent graduates. The most important thing is that you can see yourself, your competencies, and your interests in the above.

Our office is newly renovated and located in the heart of the historic neighborhood Christianshavn, surrounded by canals and great little cafés and restaurants. We enjoy our lunch in the fabulous local Italian restaurant called Undici. We have plenty of light and air while being close to everything – including the metro, the canals, and the city center.
