SkabelonDesign rebrands as Omnidocs
The document company Omnidocs creates and implements Software as a Service solutions that fuel productivity, embed compliance, empower people, and increase job happiness. As a part of their renewed strategy, they aspire to reach ‘Triple 100’: 100% increase in happy clients, 100 happy employees and 100 million in revenue.
May 10 2021 Omnidocs, formerly known as SkabelonDesign, announces a revitalized strategy, a new name and a new visual identity that strengthens their position with offices in Copenhagen and New York.
“We’ve never been in better shape than right now, and we’re able to revitalize our strategy from a position of strength. Our business has evolved, and we’ve become a true hybrid business with Solutions and Services covering aspects of design, content creation, template development, change management, accessibility, data visualization, and automation. More than anything, we’re a document company. We’re (almost) everything that interacts with a document,” says Jeppe Schytte-Hansen, CEO & co-founder at Omnidocs.
In 2004, the company started creating document templates, and over the past years they’ve added several solutions and services to their repertoire. Approximately 50% of revenue comes from the Danish market with clients like Novo Nordisk, Ørsted, Nykredit, the Ministry of Finance, Danish Defense and the University of Copenhagen. The remaining 50% of the revenue comes from international activities for global clients like Accenture, UBS, Dentons, ABB and Nestlé. Omnidocs will continue to have a strong partnership with Templafy to implement Templafy solutions for a wide range of clients. Locally and globally.
Even though the company is transforming itself, it is preserving what makes it unique, which is the strong culture and values: Empathy, Fellowship, Passion, Trust, Talent, Curiosity and Wholeness. The revitalized strategy comes with a new purpose as well. It’s deeply rooted, but also the very straightforward reason for existing as a business: ‘We make every workday work better’.
“Today it’s about celebrating our revitalized strategy, our new name and visual identity with my 70 amazing colleagues. Tomorrow it’s back to work focusing on creating value for our 2 million users at the 1,000 clients we work for in 90 countries scattered across the Globe”, says Jeppe Schytte-Hansen, CEO & co-founder at Omnidocs.
We’re a document company
“We recently launched our revitalized strategy, and I’m thrilled to convey our purpose to all our clients and partners. It’s deeply rooted, but also the very straightforward reason for existing as a business: We make every workday work better.
More than anything, we’re a document company, and we’re (almost) everything that interacts with a document. That’s why we’ve changed our name to Omnidocs.
Omnidocs is not just our new name. It’s our new brand and a new identity with an even sharper focus on what we do best and how we can help our clients with all sorts of interactions with documents throughout their company. We’re evolving, but we’re still the same people, and the business is very much based on our strong culture and intense domain knowledge, which represents the foundation of the business we have built since day one.”

What if you could make every workday work better?
You see, there’s something about work that isn’t quite working out anymore. In an era where everyone’s a publisher, too many spend their workdays wrestling with documents and late hours making stuff in Microsoft Office. Simply put, organizations are becoming less productive, and that’s not only bad for business, it’s impacting happiness on the job.
The good news? We’re here to fix it.
We’re Omnidocs and since 2004 we’ve been squeezing more productivity out of screen time, freeing up room for talent to shine through, with our scalable approach to document creation.
It’s freedom within a framework.
We put our energy into getting organizations on the same page, saving them time and money with on-brand solutions that fuel productivity, embed compliance, and increase happiness, all in a smarter way.
That’s how we make every workday work better.
